Meaty Burrito recipe
When you have a lot of meat lovers in your home, you will want to do all that you can to accommodate them. By making this great meaty burrito, you will be able to please everyone in your family. This delicious burrito has a wonderful flavor that everyone will go crazy over. This burrito will go good with a whole lot of different sides. You can serve it with beans, rice, a salad, or much more. This is a good burrito for you to serve as either a lunch meal, or for dinner.
Ingredients List:
1 pack of 12 inch tortillas
1 pound of ground beef
1 jar of chunky salsa
1 pound of chicken breast, boiled
1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of shredded lettuce
2 large onions, diced
1 large tomato, diced into small pieces
1 small tub of sour cream
Directions:
The first thing you want to do is to brown the ground beef and put in about 3 tablespoons of salsa and ¼ cup of the onion. Keep the meat warm but take it off of the heat. Take the boiled chicken and shred it with a fork. Take a little of the salsa and mix it into the shredded chicken. Now you will want to take the tortillas and warm them. Take each tortilla one by one and put the beef, chicken, and other toppings on it. Fold it up into the shape of a burrito. Place it in the microwave for about 30 seconds in order to melt the cheese.
Now your burritos are ready for you to serve to your family or your guests. You can serve these great tasting burritos with just about anything. You will find that they will make the perfect dinner food and you will also be able to serve them if you are having people over for a party. The next time that you are invited to a potluck, you will know exactly what to bring. You can wrap them up individually in some foil and they will stay nice and warm. This is also one meal that the members in your family will want to eat as left overs.
