Enchilada Burrito recipe

Ingredients List:

1 large can of refried beans
1 pound of ground beef
1 jar of chunky salsa
1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
1 large can of enchilada sauce
1 large tomato, diced into small pieces
1 bundle of green onions, finely chopped

Directions:

The first thing that you are going to do is to brown your ground beef. Once it has browned then you are going to put about a half of a cup of the salsa in with it and mix it together well. Take the can of refried beans and heat them up over a medium heat. Take the enchilada sauce and heat it in a pan over a medium heat. Now you will want to heat the tortillas and spread a good amount of the refried beans in the center. Now place a few tablespoons of the meat onto the beans. Add some salsa on top, followed by a little of the tomato, and some of the shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the tortilla into a burrito shape and spoon the enchilada sauce onto the top of it. Now sprinkle some more of the shredded cheese on top, followed by some of the green onions.

Once you serve these tasty burritos to your family they will want them all of the time. These burritos taste great and they will really hit the spot.
